In terms of services, this hotel provided top-notch quality. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff were always courteous and responsive. We also had the option of availing services like car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry, making our stay even more convenient. The hotel had a leisure spa and wellness center, where we could unwind and pamper ourselves. The swimming pool was refreshing, and we also had the opportunity to indulge in activities like table tennis and cycling. The restaurant at the hotel served delicious food with a wide selection to choose from.

We loved the hotel's location in the midst of the forest with good surroundings, away from city life. Cleanliness was spot on, with hotel facilities including parking and transportation. Staff was cute and helpful. Breakfast at Pine restaurant was divine.

The spacious rooms with up-to-date amenities and the warm hospitality of the staff are notable benefits of this hotel. the hotel amenities, such as the swimming pool and gym, were excellent.

The remote location of the hotel was a disadvantage, as it required us to have our own transportation or rely on hotel cabs for all tours and sightseeing. the absence of an indoor facility like a badminton stadium was noted, as the outdoor stadium was often rain-affected.

Loved the beautiful ambience and welcoming staff. the cozy cottages and the variety of activities offered were a major plus. the location, set amidst the greenery, was perfect for a relaxing getaway. the delicious food and attentive staff made the stay even more enjoyable.
